The x402 Foundation has launched Agentic.Market, a "storefront" for AI agents to better discover x402 enriched services across seven categories: inference, data, media, search, social, infrastructure, and trading.

What's the Scoop?

  • Who it's for: The marketplace looks to serve four distinct audiences. Builders, to find and implement x402 endpoints. Providers, to distribute services to agent (or human) buyers. Agents, who receive a machine-readable discovery layer to find and connect to services. Enterprises, which get a structured view of the broader agentic commerce landscape.
  • Key features: Each listing includes live performance metrics: total payment volume, transaction count, unique buyers and sellers, and average transaction value.
  • x402 refresher: x402 is a revived HTTP protocol that lets AI agents pay for services mid-task, settling instantly with stablecoins. Governed under the Linux Foundation with support from over 20 firms including Cloudflare, Stripe, AWS, Google, and Visa, the protocol has already processed over 165 million transactions across roughly 100,000 services, representing about $50 million in volume.
