Truth Social has filed a proposal with the SEC for a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF as it expands its footprint in the crypto sector.

  • Dual Asset ETF Filing: Truth Social's ETF will track both Bitcoin and Ethereum prices, with initial allocations favoring Bitcoin at a 3-to-1 ratio.
  • Custody Provider: Foris DAX Trust Co. LLC is named as the custodian, continuing its role from past filings by Truth Social.
  • Competition: Truth Social is the third entity to file for this type of product, following Bitwise and Hashdex.
