Each month, the Bankless Analyst Team sends a list of crypto’s hottest airdrop opportunities directly to Citizen inboxes with the intention of highlighting high-quality crypto protocols that may yield profits for users who interact with them.

We've built up a list of over 100 such promising opportunities in the Airdrop Hunter, a comprehensive repository of airdrop hunting knowledge shared exclusively with Bankless Citizens!

Today, we’re sharing 5 must-hunt airdrops for the month of November (and giving the first recommendation away for free) 👇

💊 pump.fun

Sector: Memecoins
TVL: N/A
Chain: Solana

Website | Twitter

About:

Crypto degens were empowered like never before to launch their own memecoins in 2024 thanks to pump.fun! The popular Solana-native token launcher was deployed in January of this year and went mainstream by March. Since inception, pump.fun has generated over $160M in revenue and birthed 2.8M unique tokens.

Due to the standardized construction of its memecoins, pump.fun eliminates many of the common risks that memecoin apes face, such as deployer abuse of mint authority and honeypots. Tokens can be created for just 0.02 SOL and are publicly sold on a bonding curve (i.e.; price increases with buys and decreases with sells); once a $69k market capitalization is achieved, pump.fun rewards the token creator with 0.5 SOL, deposits $12k in liquidity to Raydium and burns the corresponding LP tokens.

Why we’re watching:

In a community call on October 19 to unveil an advanced trading terminal and celebrate a week of record volumes, pump.fun creators hinted that they were intent on releasing a token, which may be airdropped to platform users.

Although details remain sparse at this time, a pump.fun airdrop could be particularly lucrative for recipients considering that the application frequently ranks as crypto's highest earning protocol.

⛽ Fuel

Sector: L2
TVL: $188M
Chain: N/A

Website | Twitter

About:

Founded in 2020 as an optimistic rollup, Fuel Network has evolved into a rollup OS (operating system) focused on helping scale Ethereum by solving issues with L2s. At its core is FuelVM, a parallelized execution environment written in Sway, a programming language based in Rust that makes it easy for developers with JavaScript familiarity and understanding of blockchain basics to deploy onchain applications.

To enable native parallelization, FuelVM forgoes the account-based state-tracking architecture common to many L2 solutions that have inherited Ethereum's model. Instead, it adopts an unspent transaction output (UTXO) approach, which tracks changes in balances and is conducive to concurrent processing operations.

Why we’re watching:

Fuel released a points program in October that rewards users for supporting ecosystem growth. Points can be earned by spending gas and interacting with whitelisted applications, and users who interact before the end of November will receive a 1.25x multiplier on "Activity" and "Gas" points rewards.

🌑 Eclipse

Sector: L2
TVL: $4.7M
Chain: N/A

Website | Twitter

About:

Eclipse settles to Ethereum and uses ETH as a gas token, but deviates from traditional L2 standards by utilizing the Solana Vitrual Machine (SVM) instead of the Ethereum Vitrual Machine (EVM) as its execution environment.

The rollup sources its data availability from Celestia, helping lower transaction costs for end users, and is secured by RISC Zero's ZK fraud proofs. By combining Solana's performance with the security, verifiability, and network effects that only Ethereum's rollup-centric roadmap can provide, Eclipse aims to create a general-purpose L2 capable of truly massive scale.

As Eclipse is built on the SVM, existing Solana applications can be easily redeployed to effortlessly tap EVM-adjacent blockspace, users, and their liquidity.

Why we’re watching:

While Eclipse has not confirmed whether it will have a token, one can be expected as they can serve as tools to distribute protocol ownership, a necessary step for blockchain networks that hope to decentralize.

Airdrops come with the added benefit of helping to bootstrap ecosystems by attracting new users to a protocol and providing initial ecosystem liquidity, making it highly unlikely that Eclipse will break ranks with precedent set by L2s prior and opt to not airdrop its token.

🌐 Polymarket

Sector: Prediction Market
TVL: $130M
Chain: Polygon

Website | Twitter

Why We’re Watching:

In late September, Polymarket was reported as seeking $50M in fresh fundraising and considering a token launch. 🦘 SpringSui

Sector: Liquid Staking
TVL: $13.6M
Chain: Sui

Website | Twitter

About:

Launched on October 31 by the Suilend/Solend team in collaboration with Aftermath Finance and Studio Mirai, SpringSui is a liquid staking protocol for SUI. Nearly 7M SUI has already been staked through SpringSui, and an additional 24M SUI is set to migrate from Aftermath to its new staking Protocol in the coming weeks

SpringSui advertises itself as an open source LST standard that offers infinite liquidity and reduced depeg risks through instant unstaking, a feature made possible by the implementation of Suilend-authored SIP-33, which provides for same-epoch creations and redemptions on “inactive StakedSui objects.”

Why We’re Watching:

SpringSui has an active points program that rewards depositors with SEND points for staking SUI. While limited details are available on the points program at this time, SpringSui depositors who hold sSUI will earn SEND, which may convert into a liquid token in the future.

Additionally, although unconfirmed at this time, lending sSUI in DeFi will allow you earn extra yield and could position you for an increased airdrop allocation!
