📸 Weekly Market Snapshot: The AI agent sector saw an 18% increase in market cap over last week. Despite a 2% dip in token price, Virtuals Protocol held its position among the top three in mindshare. Meanwhile, AI16Z and AIXBT outperformed the broader market in token price growth, while Vader AI drew significant attention with the performance of its small-cap fund. More details below!

Vader AI forced our attention this week as it launched its very first fund. The AI Agent is already seeing positive returns from its small-cap fund, while the announcement of its tokenomics has token holders feeling bullish:
- Vader AI's fund launch sold out in 30 seconds, the fund targets Virtuals agents with a market cap between $700K and $5M.
- The small-cap fund is already up 42% since its launch and has only deployed 17% of its capital.
- Vader AI also launched its micro-cap fund targeting Virtuals agents with a market cap between $100K and $700K. If you thought the small-cap fund selling out in 30 seconds was fast, this one sold out in 20 seconds.
- Vader AI also announced its tokenomics last week, which featured buyback mechanisms, staking rewards, and staking gating to allow VADER stakers to invest in funds before the public.

Botto is a decentralized autonomous artist governed by the BottoDAO. The DAO plays a central role in shaping Botto’s style and imagery, guiding its creation of stunning digital art.
Every week, Botto generates tens of thousands of digital artworks, narrowing them down to 350 standout pieces. From there, the DAO votes on a single piece to auction on SuperRare. Half of the proceeds from these sales are returned to the DAO and Botto's broader community.
In October, Botto’s work reached new heights with a Sotheby’s solo exhibition, generating over $350K in sales. The collection featured art from key periods in Botto’s evolution, including Genesis, Interstice, and Temporal Echoes.
To date, over 15K people have contributed to shaping Botto’s creative journey, helping it evolve and learn. With every iteration, Botto continues to produce art that has never been seen.
