Interactive Brokers clients can now fund their TradFi investment accounts in seconds, with 24/7 availability including both weekends and banking holidays, using USDC across Base, Ethereum, and Solana.

What's the Scoop?

  • Fresh Functionality: Today, in partnership with crypto custodian zerohash, Interactive Brokers launched support for stablecoin account funding. Clients can now select "Fund with Stablecoin" as their deposit method of choice, and send USDC stablecoins to the IBKR-generated address corresponding with their chain of choice (Base, Ethereum, or Solana).
  • Associated Fees: Interactive Brokers itself takes no fees from stablecoin deposits. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with the blockchain network, and zerohash applies a low conversion fee of 0.30% per deposit, with a minimum fee of $1.
