Crypto Lawyer Jake Chervinsky Launches Hyperliquid Policy Center
Jake Chervinsky – prominent crypto lawyer, former Chief Legal Officer at Variant, and longtime leader at the DeFi Education Fund and Blockchain Association – today announced the launch of a new crypto industry advocacy group, the Hyperliquid Policy Center, where he will serve as CEO.

- New Crypto Lobby: Backed by a 1M HYPE grant worth approximately $28M at current market prices, the Hyperliquid Policy Center (HPC) is an "independent research and advocacy organization" that is tasked with representing the Hyperliquid community in Washington, D.C.
- Clear Focus: According to Chervinsky, HPC will, "work with lawmakers and regulators to establish clear rules... [by adding] expertise in perpetual derivatives, decentralized markets, and other technical topics to the conversation in Washington."
- Actively Hiring: Chervinsky is joined on the HPC founding team by Salah Ghazzal of Variant and Brad Bourque of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. The lobby group is actively hiring for Chief of Staff, Head of Communications, Head of Government Relations, and Policy Counsel positions.
